    The spa and wellness center were great places to unwind after a day out, especially with the well-equipped gym. Room service was convenient, catering to our family needs. Plus, they were accommodating for our service dog.

    In my wife's opinion, the indoor pool was quite small for families.

    I enjoyed my stay at Grand Hotel Bansko! The spa facilities are great, perfect for relaxing after skiing. Food had a great variety with delicious desserts, though the room felt a bit dated. Still, overall a solid experience.

    The shower had no pressure or hot water, unacceptable. I can't believe I had to endure the draught coming in from the windows while also dealing with the bed that was like I was sleeping on bricks, not to mention I woudl ve been quite happy with a complimentary gesture for all my troubles, but alas, nothing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

    Good, big breakfast buffet, but not very healthy choices if that's what you like.

    A non smoking hotell that smell of smoke in many of the public places. They have a Stripclub in the hotel, didn´t know that from the advertisment on you website.

    By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Bansko, had much fun and met really kind and polite staff from the staff members I spoke to. The pool was good and I had soft drinks in the lounge bar.

    It was my third time to stay in Bansko this summer. I stayed in 3 different hotels. Best Western Florimont is the best one.

    More fruits on breakfast buffet would be a good idea.
